Stayed at this campground the last two years. First time through, we planned to stay a night but didn't leave for a week. The couple that runs the campground are very friendly and do a fantastic job. Everything is kept very clean. Bins of firewood are available for $7. Nice river running alongside the campground. And enough distance between you and your neighbours to have assume privacy. New Denver is only a few minutes away by car ....or a quick bike ride alongside Slocan lake.

Beautiful campground, tons of trees and a gorgeous creek running by. Nice big camp spots that offer privacy. Love this place. The lake is a short walk away and there is a hiking trail in the back. Perfect get away.

No hassles when we visited here. Campground was quiet and the lake is only a short distance away as well as the Galena Trail. Watch out for bears.
